Publication of a Study of Major Appliance Recycling in British Columbia - Consultations have now Closed

Interested stakeholders were invited to review and comment on the study conducted for MARR on the major appliance recovery system in British Columbia. The study assesses the economic viability of the market driven system and analyses the challenges and barriers with respect to transportation and processing of end-of-life appliances from rural and remote communities. The purpose of the study is to facilitate early views to help inform the development of MARR's program plan in advance of public consultations towards plan renewal.
